Bugfix release.

  • The new JSON based option file format produced by mkvtoolnix-gui is now correctly parsed.
  • As mkvmerge expects a .json file extension, the option file name has changed from series.opt to muxopt.json.
  • Updates to the documentation and typo fixes.
