This PR will add KML flight tracking to vfrmap so that resulting KML files can be later on viewed in any KML viewer. I've added a screenshot to the README showing what the result will look like for example in Google Earth Web.
This leverages simconnects SIM ON GROUND flag/event to determine if a plane is in flight and then continously logs location data until the end of flight.
