This is the initial release of sysmond (pronounced sys-mon-d).
It is the server portion of a client/server application, sysmon3/sysmond.
sysmond runs detached from a terminal and monitors system resources
on the local system such as cpu usage, memory usage, and device
temperatures. It responds with these values via a udp transaction to
a query from the sysmon3 client.
