Installation

Dependencies

Visbrain requires :

• Visbrain from lassemadsen
• NumPy >= 1.13
• Pandas
• Brainspace >= 0.1.2
• SciPy
• Matplotlib >= 3.3.0
• Pillow

User installation

Install surface_plot :

pip install git+https://github.com/lassemadsen/surface_plot#egg=surface_plot
