Creates a keyboard shortcut and defaults it to Ctrl+H. Resolves #5.

Joplin 2.8.8 (dev, linux)

I just realized how out of date my version of Joplin was, so i updated and re-tested. I can confirm that this also works on:

Joplin 2.9.17 (prod, linux)
