This is a major release with the following
- Crystal 0.18.0 support.
- Allow 404 error handler to be customizable.
- Allow multiple values for a single parameter key. (thanks @MGerrior )
- Add "headers" helper to make it easier to add headers to response. (thanks @MGerrior )
