Minor cleanup

Working on bigger projects right now, just cleaned up some parts of the datapack (more to come down the line). Happy holidays!

Gameplay

• The bossbar now displays with 'x seconds left' for more clarity
  • Backported from Lava Rising. As can be seen here:

Technical

• Renamed start_confirmed to start_c
• Player names are no longer forced green on actionbar
• Team names are no longer prefixed with the team letter (R plexionlive)
• Renamed prepare to load
• Bumped version number to 2022.1120
