This PR adds a new 'The Netherlands' category with national news gathered from 60 different feeds.
I've tried to add all state-funded media with public RSS feeds, as well as the most popular privately-funded outlets. All feeds include only articles written in Dutch.
I have also added media information for all of the new sites.
