Search through over 2500 + curated Mind Maps from Knowledge Map with Alfred.
There are four unique searches available. You can either bind a hotkey to each one or use the keyword trigger to access these searches. Here are the searches :
- open any mind map from inside of any of the 43 Study Guides
- open any book from books
- open any course from courses
- open any research paper from research papers
- open any website mind map from websites
- open any blog from blogs
- open any imgur album from images
- open any mind map from more
Start off with 43 results from the main nodes of the Knowledge Map :
Clicking on any of them will open the contents of the mind map with all the links and inside mind maps :
Clicking on results with 🗺 will let you see the contents of that mind map in Alfred.
It mostly contains notes and various links related to the topic. Essentially it allows you to open any mind map from here in seconds.
- if you wish that some topic was added or you disagree with something that you see, you can propose to add any changes
If you are interested in indexing these mind maps in this way but are not using macOS or Alfred. I am very interested in extending this implementation to other launchers like Cerebro or Mutate or any other launcher.
Essentially you have to parse these markdown files with links to mind maps in a format that your launcher supports. If you do have the time or interest for it, I am open to any kind of pull request to add support to more launchers.
