Scholar-Athlete-Entrepreneur

I'm a final year student majoring in Computer Engineering under the Engineering Scholarship at the National University of Singapore (NOC). I'm also a Team Singapore Athlete in the sport of Fencing, and I won a Bronze and a Silver at the 2022 and 2023 SEA Games. I'm currently based in Paris for the NUS Overseas Colleges entrepreneurship programme, where I'm working as a Data Scientist at Parametriks and picking up full-stack web development on the job. I'm currently also working on a startup at the intersection of cognitive science and AI, so stay tuned!

👨‍💻 Jorelle's Journey

 I started my tech journey as a naive computer engineering student at NUS, not really knowing what I wanted to do in life. There I acquired deep technical knowledge in both hardware and software aspects of computers, and quickly developed a passion for building things. This led to me becoming interested in entrepreneurship, as I wanted to make a living out of solving problems and turning my own vision into reality. I am currently building my own startup while on my internship in Paris (which still seems surreal to me). Stay tuned to see what I build!
