Sqlite Encryption Testing

This is not meant to be finished or complete. It has one out-of-place button you click to have run everything.

Flow:

• setup the schema [1 table w/ 6 columns]
• count the rows in the table
• delete rows, if any exists
• insert rows [set totalRows at the top of the file]
