python-jose nowadays unmaintained and contains some vulnerabilities such as mpdavis/python-jose#341 Therefore, we replace python-jose with PyJWT with is almost API-compatible and still maintained

python-jose is no longer maintained and contains some vulnerabilities such as mpdavis/python-jose#341.
Therefore, we replace python-jose with PyJWT with is almost API-compatible and still maintained.

I can't really test this because the login functionality seems kinda broken (with and without this PR)?
