TrustedExtensions 1.0.1

Cleaned up the use of global variables.

Reworked to allow for the common user experience with TrustedDevices 1.0.1 and TrustedProxy 1.0.1.

The biggest change in the ability to specify the target devices UUID as a path parameter. The extension will resolve the appropriate host and port for the trusted device for you.

Initial release of TrustedDevices
