Unsure if this is hard or limited, currently going through the process myself. The only relevant URL I could find is the privacy policy page.

This is what they responded with: "We have deleted your account. Please note that while we are happy to help you delete your account, we are not able to delete any activity records for activity you completed. This information needs to remain available to your instructor for class accreditation purposes but is now anonymized." Maybe 'limited' would be most appropriate then? I confirmed that my login no longer works, so they did close the account. |

Since they deleted the account and anonymized the information, I think this is the best they can do. I'll keep it as hard. |
