Started working on specs, there's a placeholder spec, so as of now tests should pass.

Cursor position fix

• Fix that places the cursor position where it was before formatting the file/selection.
• CHANGELOG.md file that makes checking updates easier in Atom.
• README.md now has information about format_on_save setting.
