Installation

git clone https://github.com/jasongzy/eg4d --recursive
conda create -n eg4d python=3.10 
conda activate eg4d

conda install pytorch==2.0.1 torchvision==0.15.2 torchaudio==2.0.2 pytorch-cuda=11.8 -c pytorch -c nvidia
pip install -r requirements.txt

# install customized modules
pip install -e ./submodules/generative-models
pip install -e ./submodules/diffusers

Usage

Stage I: View & Dynamic Generation

Download SVD-XL checkpoint from https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stable-video-diffusion-img2vid-xt-1-1 to ./submodules/generative-models/checkpoints/svd_xt_1_1.safetensors.

Download SV3D checkpoint from https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/sv3d to ./submodules/generative-models/checkpoints/sv3d_p.safetensors.
