- only support sdk 26 and above
- Refer to Constants for default pagination configs
- configure default paging configs
- expose sort param in future
- configure paging in ReviewRepository
- add a new PullToRefresh wrapper to work well with paging - TODO: merge both PullToRefresh and PullToRefreshLazyColumn
