PGSQL Bacula Plugin for proper operation require an access to catalog database which have to be a PostgreSQL database. I recommend to use a Bacula catalog database for this purpose, but you can use any database accessible by a client.
WARNING: It cannot be a database which plugin should backup, it will not work!
When you have a such database for pgsql-plugin catalog the you need to create required tables using pgsql-tables.sql script. This script should be executed by a plugin catalog owner - a role which will access a catalog and is defined in the pgsql.conf config file.
