This pull-request finalize the incorporation of the connectome harmonics framework introduced by Atasoy et al. (2016) onto the SCRIPTS multi-modal processing pipeline introduced by Proix et al. (2016).
A coarse sensitivity analysis of the framework using template cortical surface meshes from FreeSurfer and the Gibbs tractography streamlines from 169 subjects is now published by Naze et al. (2020) using this code.
Template connectome harmonics for 3 cortical surface meshes are made available on zenodo [link].
