Preparation

  • have presentation in advance to ensure quality
  • offer presentation training to the speaker
  • create visuals
  • send email announcement + Slack
  • distribute propagation materials (flyers)

Video HW

  • 2 cellphones
  • video camera
  • tripod

Audio HW

  • 2 microphones
  • recording device
  • cables

Notebook

  • test monitor/projector output as external display (not mirroring)
  • install screen recorder
  • test screen recorder

Presentation

Notebook

  • save presentation
  • open presentation on extended display
  • open speaker notes on notebook display
  • start screen recorder

Prepare video HW

  • ensure free space on recorder - at least 10GB on each device
  • place three tripods with camera and cellphones

Prepare audio HW

  • ensure free space on recorder - at least 1GB
  • place microphones and connect it with cables
  • test that microphones are connected and switched on

Final

  • start recording on all devices few minutes before the presentation starts

Post-processing

  • Collect all video/audio/photo/presentation sources on SSD disk

Text

  • Create post on the innovation-lab blog
  • Prepare create youtube description

Graphic

  • Create an intro and an outro image
  • Create a thumbnail for the video on youtube

Video

  • initial assembly
  • rough cut
