L'objectif est d'être plus cohérent avec d'autres partenaires qui présentent ces indicateurs en kt.eq.co2 et non en t.eq.co2.
Attention, la migration sqitch pour /1000 les valeurs d'indicateur ne porte pas sur toutes les collectivités.
J'aimerais également faire un backup de la table existante au cas où.
