Making the extension public on the Chrome Web Store

I fixed some issues that were identified and now it's time to make the extension available to anyone even without a link.

First official pre-release

First official pre-release that I am sharing outside of my friend group.

Improved performance

We identified some problems with large web pages and improved the performance. Additionally, we swapped in new word vectors from GloVe (pre-trained). The latter gives tremendously better match results and is much smaller (kept only top 18k most frequent English words).
