The overall code structure for CNVpytor's track has been enhanced, and the following functionalities have been introduced in its VCF input:
Global Mean and Standard Deviation Calculation:
Levenberg-Marquardtmethod is now used to calculate global mean and standard deviation.js/vendor/lm-esm.js, has been added for this functionality, with the source referenced in the file.GC correction has been implemented.
