even if it's the same section as the previous line.
It's not straight from DVDs but via an intermediate format. The frames are just the lines with timestamp+filepos. The CodecPrivate uses the palette and size data, at least in VLC and FFmpeg. Other bits may be added but will likely not be used.
Which was otherwise missing.
