Overview : deleted, merged with Quickstart. (so changes to sidebars.js) Added google fit json files as supported files.
Join us : deleted as there is already a contact page and there is also the contributing section.

Overview : pretty hard to create content.
Google takeout : added a tip. Updated google fit to yes.
Facebook export : added a tip. Added a line in the table.
Jupyter notebook : added some content.
