Should enable building of modern architectures (osx-arm64) and keep blackbox-log-viewer build healthier longer.

    • fix windows ico file
    • fix windows msi
    • fix windows zip

Yes, it should be possible to add npm run gulp release -- --platform="linux" --arch="arm64"

Looks like nwjs let us down. No arm64 binaries available. :(
