Description

This PR adds the exchange oracle for text-span annotation.

Summary of changes

  • added oracle code under packages/apps/text-example/exchange-oracle

How test the changes

  1. unzip test/data/txt_files/data.zip
  2. docker compose -f docker/test/compose.yaml up --build test --attach test --exit-code-from test

After talking to @portuu3 (at least) two things need to be adjusted:

  1. Web API needs to match the specification
  2. User Registration probably needs a similar solution as the one for cvat.
