Add units missing from toctree
edit toctree more and. move files
add missing title
more edits to toctree
try eliminating the hyphin in subtitle
a couple more edits
temporarily removing ch0 from toctree
getting an error with unclosed elements, trying to trouble shoot

I am closing this now b/c since there is already an open pull request updating the toctree and I think I have figured out what I wanted to know. |

I have moved two mdx files in Unit 5 and two mdx files in Unit. 8. In Unit 4, I added a "Introduction" folder and moved two files there. There are still some mdx files in Unit 4 outside of a folder. I am checking whether this will pass the build. (It will still fail the quality checks.)
