Adds support for the new Legion Go S and tweaks the lenovo tdp driver in the process. Specifically, tdp mode changes will signal RGB by default now, we do not probe the charge limit from the bios anymore as checking it is not implemented on the Go S, and we tweak the default TDP limits to support both devices.
