- update to latest version of checkout action
- remove explicit selection of Windows SDK
- make conversion of std::filesystem:path to std::string explicit (fixes Visual Studio build error)
- cleanup build.yml
the selected Windows SDK is outdated, so maybe this is the reason why the build fails for std::filesystem
