Which appears to have no effect - so also add hack to cd into the executable parent dir
Blazor wasm apps will compiled/published like any other project, but doesn't produce an executable process type. In the future, we may want document how to combine the published Blazor wasm files produced by this buildpack with other buildpacks that faciliate serving static files better.
