What's Changed
- Added new static code analysis tools and fixed found issues
- Removed the need for having dotnet runtime installed when running the program
- Switched to publishing Native AoT builds where possible
- ARM64 binaries for Mac and Windows are self-contained as there aren't any runners on GitHub for those platforms yet
- Updated Docker images to use self-contained binaries and fixed the command example for building Docker images
