Based on 6889c26563428e3beee0d368dd24f944feeda01c. Added the rpbIds where they were missing due to the updates of 51a6c6e which are not productive in lobid, yet.

Based on TobiasNx/metafacture_workflows@6889c26. Added the rpbIds where they were missing due to the updates of 51a6c6e which are not productive in lobid, yet.
Saw that four ALMA MMS IDs had no corresponding rpbIds. See: #61 (comment) (Originally this was stated here, but I moved it into the ticket.)
