WeenieFab Beta v.0.8.2.5

Added Spell Searching (SpellBook Tab)
Added Load/Save emote Script to Emote Tab (you can set the default path for .es files in Options).
Added Option to Load .es files instead of the emotes from the .sql file. The name of the es file must be formatte like <wcid>.es
Updated how the tabs look.
Other misc changes and fixes.
