Initial FlyUpdate and restructuring

• FlyUpdate (initial support, could not be tested since I don't have a real device and use the emulator to develop with)
• peripheral uuid and NuimoClient type exported from module to make it easier to work with this package
• restructured index.ts - moved logic to separate files and only use index.ts to make exports public
