Front-end part of job qualification task

This part will integrate with the back-end part to present to UI for the user to user

The app provides the following pages:

• Login: Hence then name
• Dashboard: Show the user a chart with his prices compared to the market price
• Upload Rates: Give the user the ability to upload an Excel sheet with his market rates data and upload to the back-end
