This PR pulls through the
promotionTypeandpromotionCodefields from Android subscriptions intoSubscriptionEvents.promotionType, if present, will be0or1, mapping respectively to one time codes or vanity codes. In the case of a vanity code, thenpromotionCodewill be present and identify the specific code used.How to test
