- Switch to upstream disruptor and update to 4.0.0
- Use official log4j instead of wso2 fork
- Remove org.eclipse.osgi.services dependency and SiddhiManagerComponent class
- Remove unused webjars dependency
- Remove wso2 Maven repositories
- Remove unused OSGi extension support
