Charset expansion (greek)

Former transfer from UFO to Glyphs was a bit unusual (one glyph source per master).

Gathering them, and adding the Greek to latin and indic has been done, but probably the indic script has been affected cause all the features were in external files, although the Greek OT features were inside the glyphs file.

Waiting for upstream repo to review changes (to see if devanagari didn't break in the process for example)
--> either we manage to to see if the scripts are still working, or we need to push the author to review so we can onboard it.

• Upstream has reported issues with devanagari Issue with Devanagari in Word rosettatype/eczar#27
• Also description should be upgraded to notify about the addition of Greek by Emilios Theofanous (@thynem) in 2017 during the Google Summer of Code
