Datastore: Transaction, NULL and fix ancestor #65

This change is divided into three parts:

Transaction Management
Option to send and receive fields with "Option -> None" to null and null to "Option -> None"
fix in ancestor filter

fix ancestor and update toml

Use field with null in Datastore

feature exclude index in Datastore
