Not sure about the versioning scheme of this package, hence this PR.

• Since it's a stable release I opted for increasing the patch version instead of incrementing the pre-release version.
• I refrained from increasing the minor version - as would be correct according w.r.t. semantic versioning - to allow us to match the current Gnome release version (i.e., the version won't cause confusion with Gnome 47.1 - once released)
• I upgraded all dependencies, except TypeScript because it reports errors when invoked and I haven't narrowed this down yet (likely due to the new algorithm to find the project configuration file)

I would like to get your opinions before I release this on npm (via latest tag)

The versioning schema is fine by my measures, but a release for "just" one change is not the best idea, so I would rather fix the issue with the new typescript version too, I can take a look at it, if nobody else wants to do it. 😄

Version numbers don't cost, so for my part you can make a new release any time, even for just one small fix.
