For tricky transmembrane proteins

(1) Import pdb (Use this when ompPDB or tmPDB don’t have the protein, e.g. only a cytoplasmic domain) with ePMV (2) add bilayer size indicator, (e.g. 30nm cube) (3) turn on atoms (4) rotate and position (5) edit/apply transformation (6) file/save pdb (7) Reimport the PDB in a new session to confirm that the modified PDB is correct, create the mesh, create the sphereTree, export all as usual.
