Fixed typo in species_database.yml for TLFUO2

run/shared/species_database.yml - Fixed typo: "Is_Gas:true" -> "Is_Gas: true". This causes GCPy to fail parsing the species_database.yml file. Signed-off-by: Bob Yantosca <[email protected]>
