Adding ability to do http to https redirection

This feature will allow redirecting from http to https traffic. It will also allow to listen on both protocols.

For my own configurations, since almost every case has its own unique quirks, I override the vhosts.j2 template and write my own. I would rather you do that since this configuration would only be useful in certain cases.
