Re-source the RVM initialization script to make sure the RVM is available and update non-rvm mailcatcher dependency to ruby 2.0.0+

Install mailcatcher dependencies and then install mailcatcher using --ignore-dependencies to override mail 2.6.4 requiring ruby 2.0.0+
