This is WIP, please don't merge until we reach an agreement.
I am still working on the new theme, however I had this work done since September, that's why I pushed.
I think that if we move to the new theme, we will have to generate the content from 2017-2019, and store it as static files like with the previous editions.
I am not sure if we should move to the new theme or just go with this.
