Tools, schemas and example files for metadata for ocean platforms and sensors
Follows Argo float, sensor, paramerter, and configuration schemes as well as identifying NVS controlled vocabulary terms using their Identifier URN (e.g., SDN:R25::FLUOROMETER_CHLA).
