- modified infinitism `VerifyingPaymaster` to allow for updating `verifyingSigner` post deployment. - created deployment and verification scripts for `VerifyingPaymaster`. - deployed to Amoy. - updated typings. - added deployment info to DEPLOYMENTS.md.
