Add Pepe Unchained Mainnet to Chainlist

Description:
This PR adds support for the Pepe Unchained Mainnet to Chainlist.


Network Details:



Submission Details:

  1. Chain JSON File:

    • Added the network configuration to _data/chains/eip155-3409.json.
    • Includes essential details such as Chain ID, RPC URL, native currency, and explorer information.
  2. Icon Upload:

    • Added the network icon to _data/icons/pepe-unchained.json.
    • The icon is 512x512 pixels, SVG format, and publicly accessible via IPFS.

Why This PR Is Important:
Adding Pepe Unchained Mainnet to Chainlist enables developers and users to easily connect to the network via MetaMask and other compatible wallets.

This listing ensures accessibility, transparency, and improved usability for the community.
