estrat-hilbert uses Hibert R-trees to provide efficient lookup for rectangles.
Its author is Eric Stratmann (estrat).

You can install it using cabal
$ cabal install
$ estrat-hilbert input.txt < query

You can test it with:

$ estrat-hilbert-test
